Distance Markers: Canal de la Somme

The distance markers on this canal take the form of kilometre stones and show the distance from the canal's original start at St Simon down to where it meets the English Channel at the sea locks at Saint-Valery-sur-Somme 157 kilometres downstream.  Most stones also show additional distances to other towns on their sides.
